Growing up I was in many choirs; I used to sing in Handel’s Messiah each Christmas.
I often caroled at the Dicken’s Festival as my mom would sign me up to be in the plays like Oliver and The Christmas Carol each year.
If you are an actor at the Dicken’s Festival you are required to sing/carol hours before and after performances. So, we would get dressed up warm and go out caroling to the visitors.
While I did not really enjoy it, I look back on it fondly now.
I do not like to act but I love to sing!
The fact that our elves went caroling with a chap from the Charles Dicken’s era and his dog on our piano was just about perfectly cute.
I loved the details of this scene.
The elves were on our baby grand piano.
Winter had on a beautiful dress and for added warmth she was wearing her fur Russian hat and hand muffler.
The chap from the Charles Dickens era was wearing his beanie, scarf and knit sweater and was holding a choral book for the others to cheat the words and notes from.
His dog had on a scarf as well, what a nice thoughtful chap.
Pepper had on his quilt and blue knit sweater, scarf and beanie and Scottish boots.
It was fun to find them on the piano singing as it was a fitting station.
Thanks Pepper and Winter!
