Our elves found their way outside our house on pink mopeds.
They used my pink gingerbread front door decor as the base of their scene.
It looks like they added padded seats to these planter mopeds that I used on a kids’ gingerbread tablescape.
The seats weren’t there when they were on this gingerbread tablescape but they were there when the elves used them.
I think they used material with batting stuffing and some hot glue.
I love that Winter stuck a tiny wreath on her moped.
They were having so much fun!
Mopeds remind me of the time when I lived in Taiwan. I moved there for a few months to teach english. When we had days off, my friends and I would board the train and get off at a random stop. We’d then rent mopeds, get a map and drive around viewing the beautiful island.
I had such a great time… plus, the experience counted as college credit for my Bachelors of Science in International Studies; those were great times.
Our elves were on mopeds wearing gingerbread sweaters with scarfs and pom pom beanies.
The electric glasses are a staple of theirs. This post shows where they got them.
They are so fun when they do random things like this.
Luckily, we had a packaged delivered about 8:00 AM so my children who were looking everywhere found them!
