Today our Elf on the Shelf siblings, Winter Mint and Pepper Mint, were in our living room on a chair with the Winnie the Pooh clan.
Pepper was reading out of a Winnie the Pooh book.
and Winter was as well.
The other Winnie the Pooh characters were listening.
I loved so many details in this scene!
The tiny bubble bees
Rabbit’s basket of yarn balls.
Winter’s cute floral outfit.
and her basket of flowers with a bee perched on top.
Pepper’s flat cap and sweater… it made him look kind of like Christopher Robin.
I loved how Tigger, Kanga and Roo all looked like they were peeking over to see the picture in the book.
Piglet is looking towards the book as well.
So cute!
Well, they really all are all so cute.
I bought them from the official Disney website for my sister’s Winnie the Pooh baby shower.
I threw the shower for her at our local church because she invited a few hundred people.
Boy, was it a LOT of work…
I’ve since used these darling stuffies for a summer mantel design (not posted yet) and now our elves are making use of them again.
It was so fitting that this was the Elf on the Shelf scene for today because last night my 12 year old son was doing a project for school and needed a balloon.
He said, “Do you have a balloon?”
I couldn’t find one but this morning he was given one by our elves.
Reluctantly, he read the book page…
Then I told him after I photographed it, he could use the balloon.
All my kids and I, even husband said this day was pretty cute.
Thank you Pepper and Winter for a darling Winnie the Pooh Elf on the Shelf scene!
Merry Christmas!
