This High Protein Mango Raspberry Parfait recipe is a combination of ripe luscious and sweet mangos paired with juicy and lightly tart raspberries that make an AMAZING combination of flavor.

If you’ve never tried these two fruits together, you are missing out. It’s best to cut them up and stir them together. Let them soak in each other’s flavors for a bit and you’ll be wowed. Just make sure the mango is perfectly ripe or it won’t have the sweetness to balance the tartness of the raspberries.

High Protein Mango Raspberry Parfait

To make this parfait simply dice up a mango, add 1/2 Cup of raspberries, and stir. Let them sit together for at least 10 minutes. Then stir in the Greek yogurt. If you are not used to unsweetened Greek yogurt you may want to add some honey or something to sweeten it up for a bit.

I love to use honey Greek yogurt because plain is hard for me to eat, even with it sweetened. I have to pin this so I remember to make it when I'm pregnant again!
