Each year I swap out my front door decor for a different theme.

I usually start with two 6′ Christmas trees I bought years ago. My daughter strung them with big white Christmas lights that we have on hand.

This Christmas, 2025, I choose to decorate with a pink gingerbread theme.

During the after Christmas sales I purchased a few packs of gingerbread ornaments.

With pink and aqua colors on them.

I had pink ribbon in my ribbon bin in my office.

I used many of the pink ornaments and the pink and white pom pom garland you see on these trees from my Peace on Earth Christmas Tree and Peace on Earth Mantel.

I reused some ornaments from this Santa Mail Front Door decor theme.

I purchased the cute candy canes,

peppermint candies

and stuffed gingerbread men and women from Target for $1.00 each this year.

I strung a string of gold gingerbread men on the trees.

I zip tied a gingerbread man and a gingerbread woman to the tops of each tree.

I got them on Amazon.

I hung a wreath my daughters and I made years ago for Valentine’s Day.

You can find a tutorial on how to make it here.

This Valentine’s Day Red, Pink, and White Berry Wreath is one of my favorite wreaths I’ve ever made. I love the natural yet feminine vibe. I love its shape and simplicity. Sometimes Valentine’s Day decor is a little overly plastic and cheesy. I really like subtleness of this wreath.

I placed a gingerbread coir mat I got for $10 in the after Christmas sale last year on the front porch.

At the base of the trees, we put the two white tree skirts I’ve been using for these trees for years.

On top of the tree skirts, I put a bunch of little gingerbread houses I bought from Target this year.

I was also able to use a lot of these items on the tablescape I did for a kids Christmas gingerbread party here. Once it was over I moved the items on the table to the trees.

This scene probably cost me about $150.00 which is more than I usually spend but not necessarily out of budget. it was fun to switch things up.

Even our elves found a way to use it for a scene.

Merry Christmas.
