I replaced the brown sugar with jaggery and used 300 gum of mashed bananas. It was incredibly moist and a little too sweet for my taste. Nest time i will just use 1 cup of jaggery and try it with whole meal four Thnks for an excellent recipe. The bread disappeared within minutes of the first slice being cut.
