Each year, I like to switch up my Valentine’s Day Fireplace Mantel Decor. This is how I decorated this year.

How to put together this Valentine’s Day Fireplace Mantel Decor
To put together something similar to this mantel decor, you’d need to make the wreath (both of which are easy), the wood block hearts (also easy), and the Valentine banner with gold ribbon and felt envelopes (also easy).
Individual posts on how to make these are located in the supply list above.
For now though, I’ll write this post as if you have these supplies made and at the ready to decorate.
1- Stack two or more pink, white, red, gold, or silver books or faux books on either end of the mantel.
2- Place a Pampas grass and flower wicker wreath at either end. Note, when making these, if you want one at either end of a mantel, you will want to put the decoration on opposite sides (one left and one right).
3- Place three wood block hearts on either end.
4- Put a rose valentine wicker wreath on either end. Note, when making these, if you want one at either end of a mantel, you will want to put the decoration on opposite sides (one left and one right).
5- String the Artificial pip berry wire strands (two of them) across and secure them with tape under the books.
6- String the golden Valentine banner across the mantel in between the two Artificial bud wires and secure it on either end of the mantel with tape under the books.
That’s it.
The items for this mantel, although most of them are handmade, were inexpensive and easy to create. Check out each respective tutorial linked to in the supply list.
Happy Valentine’s Day!
