The combination of flavors in this watermelon, feta, pumpkin seed salad are, sweet, earthy, creamy, and tangy.
The textures of smooth creaminess from the watermelon and feta cheese are nicely offset by the crunch of the pumpkin seeds in this watermelon feta pumpkin seed salad.
It is healthy, filling, delicious, and can be a low-calorie meal using low-fat feta cheese.
This salad could not be easier to make.
Cut up watermelon, sprinkle the seeds and cheese on top, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
Not only does this salad come together quickly (in about 10 minutes), it requires only a few supplies.
