2 roma tomatoes, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
1 head of romaine lettuce washed and shredded
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced or chopped
1 can of olives, sliced or whole
1/2 medium red onion, peeled and diced
1 1/2 Cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 Cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
