This Greek Salad Recipe Using Just Lemon Juice and Olive Oil for Dressing is amazingly refreshing and delicious.

This Greek salad has an excellent blend of flavors, tastes super fresh and is easy to make.

Easy to make Greek Salad RecipeI learned how to make this salad when I had it at a friend’s house. When I tasted it I realized it was one of the best Greek salads I had ever had. 

This Greek salad recipe uses lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. That is it—and it’s divine.

There was something about the fresh flavors and simplicity of the dressing that really made an impression on me.

So, I asked my friend for the recipe and she willingly shared it and said I could publish it on my blog. 

Ingredients for Greek Salad Recipe Using Lemon Juice and Olive Oil for Dressing

Greek Salad Recipe ingredients

2 roma tomatoes, chopped

1 lemon, juiced

1 head of romaine lettuce washed and shredded

1 cucumber, peeled and sliced or chopped

1 can of olives, sliced or whole

1/2 medium red onion, peeled and diced

1 1/2 Cup feta cheese, crumbled

1/2 Cup olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions on how to make Greek Salad Recipe Using Lemon Juice and Olive Oil for Dressing

  1. Stir oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper together in the salad bowl.
  2. Toss the lettuce in the dressing well.
  3. Toss or stir in the rest of the ingredients (tomatoes, olives, onions, cheese, and cucumber). Serve cold

Ingredients
