It makes a great place to store the hard candies until they have been consumed.
Additionally, this gift could have a Christian message attached.
If you would like to include a Christian message on the tin full of Life Savers you could write something like,
“May you have a wonderful Christmas celebrating the ultimate ‘Life Savers’ birth”.
You could also say something like,

I bought these tins at 50% off. They are currently 50% off online as well (as of December 2023).
These tins come as part of a set of 3 tins. I plan to use the other two tins to put neighbor gifts in as well.
Alternatively, you can purchase tins like this from other places. Look for tins that are about 5″ tall and 3 1/2″ in diameter for under $1.50 each. Total cost for these tins (I used a coupon at checkout) = $1.20 for each gift
Life Saver Mints Wint-O-Green 3.3 lb bag or 53.95 oz Bag for $10.00 on sale in-store at Costco. Online Costco and Sam’s Club have them for about $10.50 each. = .18 oz x 7= $1.26 for each gift

1- Using a food scale on the oz setting, place the tin on it and zero it out.
2- Pour in 7 oz of Life Savers and close the tins.
