This Pear Avocado Salad with Feta Cheese is one of my most favorite salads ever!
It is so good that I actually get cravings for it!
This salad has a genius mixture of flavors that range from tangy to sweet to salty, and it is full of textures: smooth, crisp, crunchy, and juicy.
This pear avocado salad truly is “blow your mind” good.
It is simple to make and comes together quickly. If serving for guests I would recommend making the dressing a few hours before and assembling the salad right before serving.
The dressing tastes amazing fresh, but if allowed time to blend, it does taste even better.
Do not cut the avocado or pears until just before you serve (to prevent browning). Of course make sure the pear and avocados are ripe for the best taste possible.
This salad is best when served layered neatly and not tossed. You can toss it but it will be a much better presentation if you serve it layered. This is because pears and avocado tend to fall apart and get messy when tossed.
