This is a wonderfully fresh and slightly sweet dessert with rich and creamy depth. The combination of whipping cream, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and cream cheese is amazing!
It is very quick and easy to make and is sure to please anyone who loves berries!
Whip the whipping cream. Once the whipping cream is done (returns soft peaks) fold in sugar and vanilla.
Soften the unwrapped cream cheese in the microwave (about 30 seconds). Mix with whipping cream.
Wash the fresh fruit and try to get it as dry as possible (shake the water off well).
Stir the cream cheese/whipping cream and fruit together.
Serve chilled.
For leftovers: cover and store in the fridge. It will keep for about 24-48 hours. Not that the cream becomes more pink colored and more of a liquid consistency the longer it sits after mixing. These images are taken about 20 hours after I made the berries and cream recipe.
It is delicious both right when you make it and hours afterwards but the consistency does change (because the berries make the cream more runny).
Whenever you decide to serve it, each bite is bursting with rich, creamy, and sweet flavors.
Enjoy!
