I love to put together tablescapes and parties for friends and family.

Lately, I’ve been experimenting with using paper plates with designs on them instead of always setting out china.

I love the pop of color that the paper plates add to my tablescape designs!

I appreciate the easy clean up paper plates provide as well!

I named this tablescape “girlfriends’ luncheon” as it is the right balance between fun and beautiful.

I used the floral design on paper plates I purchased from My Mind’s Eye!

The blues on the paper plates were the inspiration for the floral centerpiece.

I filled my blue vase with a blue, green and white floral arrangement.

I LOVE to arrange flowers and have many tutorials on how to make various floral arrangements here.

I arranged white Gerber daisies and Queen Anne’s Lace as well as succulents, eucalyptus and other filler in my tall blue vase.

I added plain white napkins with copper napkin rings which I made (tutorial here).

I loved the look of the copper with the blues on the table.

The napkin rings matched our copper hood and backsplash.

Added to the table setting were crystal goblets and stainless steel flatware to spruce things up a bit.

Crystal dishes were used on either side of the floral centerpiece.

My friend brought us homemade chocolate chip mini breads.

I purchased carmelitas from a local grocery store, Meier’s Meats.

These carmelitas are famous in our area; they are so delicious!

It was a fun day to design a Girlfriends’ Luncheon Tablescape!

The supply list for the items I used can be found at the bottom of this post.

Here are a few more photographs of the tablescape design.
