This amazing Lemonade with Simple Syrup recipe is super easy. It is super easy to make and very delicious.

The secret? Use simple syrup (recipe here) and of course use ripe lemons.

Directions

If you haven’t yet, please make the Simple Syrup (recipe found here), then proceed.

1. Juice ripe lemons (you’ll need about 8 large lemons or 12 small). Using an electric juicer like this one makes the juicing process go quick!

2. Stir together 3 Cups lemon juice, 2 Cups simple syrup, 6 Cups water, 1 Cup ice.

3. Taste test and tweak it to your liking. Some lemons are more tart than others. Some people like things more sweet. I will add the advice to taste test and adjust adding sugar or more lemon accordingly.

Serve chilled with mint leaves and thinly sliced lemons as garnish.

Tip: If desired, add 8 mint leaves to the lemonade and stir them in (allow to sit for at least an hour or longer)= Mint-infused Lemonade!

Enjoy!
