This banana cream pie is super easy, convenient, and delicious! I make it for family gatherings and special occasions (like my son’s birthday). Everyone loves it.
First, make the crust (instructions below). Just a tip: if you don’t have a blender, or if you didn’t buy the crumbs pre-crushed at the store. break the graham crackers in a bag with a screw driver.
Instructions
Beat pudding mix with wire whisk until smooth.
Refrigerate pudding while whipping the cream. Whip cream with electric hand mixer on high until peaks form.
Fold in vanilla (I love this Mexican brand here) and sugar. Add 2 cups of whipped cream to the pudding mixture and fold together.
Make 2 pie crusts (instructions below).
Place sliced bananas along the bottom of the pie crusts.
Pour pudding over bananas and fill the pie crust. Spread remaining whipped cream over the filling.
Here’s my son eating the pie for his birthday.
Refrigerate and serve.

Step #4 in the instructions says to "Pour into 9” round pie pan." This is referring to the crust mix. Shouldn't #4 say something like "press crust mixture evenly into pie pan."?
