If you are looking for a delicious slush, look no further. This recipe is so so yummy! It has a perfect balance of pineapple, lemonade, vanilla, and ice all slushed together in a blender. This drink is great for parties, BBQ’s, or even just for family dinner/dessert.
When I first tried this slush, I was blown away. It was a sample at Costco and everyone in the aisle was raving about it. I was able to recreate it by asking the Costco attendant how they made it. She gave me an idea of what it was, so I bought the ingredients, came home, and began trying to recreate it. I made a few batches, tweaking it here and there until I felt like I perfected the balance of flavors. This is a perfect summer-thirst-quenching slush. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
Ingredients
1/4 Cup Country Time Lemonade mix
1 Ripe Pineapple peeled and cored
1 teaspoon vanilla extract this Mexican vanilla is my favorite kind—it really is so good!
1/4 Cup cold water
4 Cups ice (I just get the half moon from my fridge ice maker)
Instructions
1. Peel and core the pineapple.
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste test. IF you want it sweeter start by adding an addition 1/2 Tablespoon of Lemonade mix at a time (it is very strong mix) until you get the desired flavor.
2. Serve immediately.
This slush will separate overtime so to be sure to serve it within 20-30 minutes of blending.
Garnish with fresh fruit. Enjoy.
Serves 8-10

Oh, yummy! This looks so good! Here in Texas pineapples are pretty cheap, so we'll have to try this out!
