This is a kid-inspired 4th of July Fireworks Tablescape that I created.
My children LOVE fireworks.
It is what they look most forward to on the 4th of July.
For this tablescape I made it very kid oriented by adding firework favor boxes with favors that I knew that they and their friends would like.
Just a funny story before the photo gallery and supply list below.
Funny story and learning lesson….
These fireworks truck plates have bits of aluminum on them.
We didn’t fully realize that they are NOT microwave safe!
One of my kids put a fireworks truck plate in the microwave to warm food up on it and it began sparking!! We hurried and turned off the microwave and pulled it out.
The plate smelled like fireworks. We all had a good laugh at the irony that the firework plate labeled sparklers and rockets began sparking and smelled like fireworks!
Fun times!! Haha.
