Elf on the Shelf: Jingle Bell Rock.
Our elf siblings, Pepper and Winter, found my daughter’s keyboard and decided to rock out as well.
They are performing, “Jingle Bell Rock” with a Barbie keyboard, microphone, and homemade handheld bells.
My daughter loves playing the piano and singing so this day was a favorite for her…especially because they were found in her room.
I loved the Santa suits they were wearing.
It just added a little extra and made it seem like they were performing a Christmas concert.
Pepper’s handmade bells were so cute.
They actually jingle.
It’s amazing how tiny working bells can be; these bells are 6mm!
Pepper was holding the microphone which was wrapped in wire I assume to help him hold it up an cover the gaudy pink color.
Winter, Pepper’s sister, was jamming out on my daughter’s Barbie keyboard.
For some reason, the Brooklyn Barbie keyboard comes in many pieces and the elves couldn’t find them (sigh).
If the elves could have found the music stand, they could have shrunk the actual Jingle Bell Rock piano music down to add even more detail to this Jingle Bell Rock scene.
Alas, even without the piano keys, piano music stand, and speakers, the keyboard piano frame looks close enough to show that Winter is playing the keys.
Supplies I believe Pepper and Winter used to create this Elf on the Shelf: Jingle Bell Rock Scene
Miniature Santa suits (Santa Suit Pick by Ashland) These are a great fit for Elf on the Shelf
printer, ink, printer paper
Barbie-sized microphone (1/6 scale)
That’s it. I bet it only took about 10 minutes to set this scene up.
